Lee's Gateway had a catastrophic hard disk drive failure.  His Seagate 750GB drive failed internally taking all of his data and OS with it. 

I installed a new 1.0 TB Western Digital Caviar Blue Sata 7200 RPM 6Gb/s Hard Drive and upgraded him from Microsoft Windows Vista 64bit to Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.  Also, like every machine that comes thru my shop it got a full internal and external bath making it look like new.
